Mid-Year Progress

As I looked at my calendar this morning I couldn't believe my eyes, we are already half way through 2016! For me it has been a fantastic year so far in so many different ways, but my dedication to training has been the biggest. With that, I decided to run some progress summary reports on Garmin Connect to reflect on how far I have come this year.
